The selected candidate will lead and support credit risk modeling, econometric analysis, and model validation activities for federally backed loan and guarantee portfolios. This role requires deep expertise in federal credit program requirements, including compliance with OMB Circular A-11, Federal Credit Reform Act (FCRA), and model risk management best practices.

• Develop, implement, and maintain econometric and statistical models supporting federal credit programs (e.g., loan guarantees, direct lending, subsidy estimation)
• Perform independent model validation (IMV), including: Conceptual soundness review, data and input validation, replication and benchmarking, sensitivity and stress testing, etc.

Team coverage hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., in assigned regular shifts.
